Meet the Team

Steve Oldfield has over forty-seven years of experience in public accounting with a license from state of Colorado since July 1978. He graduated from Fort Lewis College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting and Mathematics and from Texas Tech with a Master of Science degree in Taxation.

Shaun Linker has over ten years of experience in public accounting with a license from the state of New Mexico since April 2023. He graduated from Fort Lewis College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting and from San Juan College with an associate's degree in business administration and accounting. He is married and has two girls along with two stepsons. He is an avid golfer and lover of all sports.

Steve Gammon graduated from the University of New Mexico with a Bachelor's degree in 2008 and became a CPA in 2014.

My name is Amber Bowman and I have worked for Steve Oldfield and Associates for about a year. I have lived in the Four Corners area most of my life. I am married for four years and am the mom to two small children.

Marsha Smith has been with Steve Oldfield & Associates for 20 years. Marsha brings dedication to helping clients. Over the years, she has built lasting relationships grounded in trust, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence. Outside of work, Marsha has been happily married to Jason for 30 years and is the proud mom of three adult daughters. She values family, integrity, and community -principles that guide her approach both personally and professionally.

Michele Stagg was born and raised in the Farmington area. She is married and has two children. She has an associate's degree in business administration from San Juan College and a bachelor's degree in accounting from New Mexico Highlands University. She has worked with Steve Oldfield & Associates for 5 years and is committed to learning more about the accounting profession.

Teresa Ricord-Lincoln is an experienced professional in accounting that started working at Steve Oldfield & Associates in December 2000. She has built a solid foundation in the field, supported by an Associate's degree in Business Administration. In her personal life, she has been married for 30 years and has three grown children.

Born and raised in Farmington, NM, Madysen lives with her husband Jared and two rescue dogs Maggie and Matilda. She enjoys baking, crochet, and helping members of her community. She has an associate degree in human services, and has worked at Steve Oldfield and Associates for three years.
